I was going to name this “derp Face Fridays” but I started questioning the sound of the word “derp”. It doesn’t sound very flattering, or funny. But yet, I mindlessly scroll hundreds and thousands of “derp face” dogs on social media everyday.

I did a casual “Google search” to further clarify the word “derp”. I was shocked to find out it was defined by the Urban Dictionary as “A facial expression reminiscent of one who is retarded. It often involves eyes turned in different directions and a stupid smile.”

So on this note, a general reminder in this sensitive world to be kind, and be mindful of others always.
